The prototype of a biometric suit that translates motion into light. The final goal of this project is to provide instantaneous biofeedback on the user's movements. Ultimately the data captured from this will allow the user to explore and better understand the movement and energy expenditure in specific activities or throughout their day.

Culture Lab

Founded in 2006 by artist Joe Tuggle Lacina—and redesigned by Molly and Joe in 2011—for ten years Grin City Collective existed as an artist residency program of the Grinnell Area Arts Council. During the decade, the program provided 200 artists the time and space to work on their independent projects.

Grin City Collective's Artists Residency Program offered 3-week or 6-week long residencies on a 320-acre farm in Central Iowa. Residents receive a private studio, bedroom and a collaborative working atmosphere
